Maya loved the park. She loved the big green trees and soft grass. But most of all, she loved the red swing.

Waffles wagged his tail as Maya got on the red swing. "Today I will swing very high!" she told Waffles. "Maybe I can touch the sky!"

Maya started to swing. Back and forth she went. Waffles ran under her swing and barked. "Woof woof!" he cheered.

Maya swung higher and higher. The wind went through her hair. She felt like a bird. But she still did not touch the sky.

She pumped her legs more. Up and down she went. "I can do it!" she thought. Waffles watched, his head tilted.

The red swing flew high. Maya could see all the park below. The cars looked like little toy bugs. It was an adventure!

Then Maya closed her eyes tight. She made a wish. "I wish for the biggest swing ever!" she whispered. She felt brave.

Maya opened her eyes. She gave one last push. Up, up, up! The red swing went so fast. Waffles barked loud! "Woof!"

Higher and higher she flew! Maya felt like she was flying. She saw the bright green leaves. She felt very happy.

Then, zip! Maya went all the way over the bar! She spun around and came back down. Maya laughed, proud of her big swing!
The end.
