Support details

The Storybox team reads support requests from parents, caregivers, and educators. Use this page for help with the kids story app, privacy questions, App Store access, or feedback about a story your family created.

Parent questions

Ask about story creation, reading levels, privacy, safety filters, or how Storybox fits into bedtime and family reading routines.

Account and data help

Request account deletion, story deletion, data access, or help updating the email connected to your Storybox account.

Billing and App Store

Send questions about credits, starter access, App Store downloads, or anything that did not work as expected after installing Storybox.

What to include

  • For account help, include your Support ID so we can find the right account without asking for extra personal details.
  • For privacy requests, tell us whether you want account deletion, story deletion, or a copy of stored account data.
  • For app issues, include your device, iOS version, and whether the issue happened while creating, reading, saving, or sharing a story.

If your message is about a child's privacy or account data, the Support ID helps us find the right account. We may still ask for a small verification step before making changes so requests come from the right parent or guardian.
