Kaelen loved his backyard garden. He liked to help his mom water the plants. But some days, new, pretty flowers would pop up, like magic!

Who planted these amazing things? Kaelen felt curious. He used his magnifying glass to look very close at the new plants. But he never saw anyone.

Kaelen wanted to discover the secret gardener. He decided he would wake up very early. He would try to see who came to plant new seeds.

Kaelen woke up when it was still dark. He looked out his window. The sky was turning a soft pink. Then, he saw a small shape in the garden!

It was Fimble! Fimble, a small mossy green goblin with a slight hunch, was digging fast. He used his small, worn trowel and a tiny watering can. Kaelen was so surprised!

Fimble looked up and heard a small noise. His big, pointed ears twitched. He dropped his trowel and ran to hide behind a big bush. Kaelen felt worried.

Kaelen went outside. He did not want Fimble to be scared. He left a blue garden drawing near a big, green leaf. He hoped Fimble would see it.

The next morning, Kaelen peeked out. The blue garden drawing was gone! Instead, a tiny, sparkly shimmer berry sat on a leaf. Fimble must be kind, too!

Kaelen decided he must try again. He wanted to say hello to Fimble. He slowly walked to the garden as the sun came up. He would be brave.

Kaelen saw Fimble planting a new seed. "Hello, Fimble," Kaelen whispered. Fimble looked up and smiled! Together, they saw a new Giggle-Bloom flower open, just for them.
The end.
