Ages 4 to 64 minute read10 illustrated pages

Zola was a small dragon. Her scales shone bright turquoise in the sun. She loved her big friend, Riku, who was a kind dinosaur. Riku was very tall and strong.

Zola and Riku liked to play and explore. "I want an adventure today!" Zola said. Riku made a soft, happy sound. He liked adventures too.

Zola put on her harness and reins. Then she climbed onto Riku's wide back. Riku's saddle blanket was soft and warm. "Let's go, Riku!" Zola called out.

Riku began to walk with big, steady steps. They walked past tall green trees. The sun shone through the leaves. "Where will we go today?" Zola wondered aloud.

Suddenly, Zola saw a new path. It wound deeper into the woods. "Let's discover what is down there!" Zola whispered. Riku changed direction with a soft step.

They walked a little bit longer. Riku's strong legs moved easily. Zola felt so brave riding high on Riku's back. She held her harness and reins tight.

Then they heard a gentle splash! It was a beautiful sound. They had found a special, new place. Zola gasped, surprised and excited.

It was a big, tall waterfall! Water fell down into a clear pool. Green plants grew all around. "Wow!" Zola said softly. It was the prettiest place ever.

Zola felt very proud. She had found this secret place with her friend. "Thank you, Riku," she whispered. It was time to go home now.

They rode all the way back to their home in Dragon Valley. The sun started to set. Zola and Riku smiled. They had a special adventure and found a beautiful new place.
The end.
