Ages 4 to 64 minute read10 illustrated pages

Asha was a brave pirate captain. She sailed the skies on her big Cloud Pirate Ship. Kenji was her best friend and her first mate. They loved new adventures.

The Cloud Pirate Ship floated high above the world. Clouds drifted by, soft and white. Skiff, the cloud puffin, zipped all around. He loved to play in the wind.

Suddenly, Asha saw something far away. "Look, Kenji!" she called out. "What is that big cloud?" It looked different from the others.

Kenji quickly grabbed his goggles. "It is a mystery cloud!" he said. "Let's go and see what it is!" Asha decided to steer the ship closer.

The big cloud grew bigger. It swirled like soft whipped cream. "It looks like a giant, happy monster!" Kenji whispered. Asha felt a little worried but also brave.

Skiff was very curious. He flew right into the big, swirly cloud. Asha and Kenji held their breath. They waited for their little friend to come back.

Then, Skiff zipped back out! He was giggling with tiny happy sounds. He pointed his small beak back into the cloud. "Come!" he seemed to chirp.

Asha and Kenji looked inside. It was not a monster! It was a very big, happy cloud whale. Its eyes were bright, and it puffed mist like a playful spray.

The cloud whale was a friendly new friend. It let them pet its soft cloud skin. It splashed them with gentle misty air. Asha and Kenji laughed so much!

The cloud whale showed them a special secret. It was a shimmering island made of softest mist! Asha and Kenji knew this was their best adventure ever.
The end.
