Amara and Kian were bored. The sun shone bright outside, but they wanted a new adventure. "What can we do today?" asked Amara. "Let's go explore the old attic!" said Kian. He loved looking for special things.

They climbed the stairs up to the attic. Dust motes danced in the sunlight. Old furniture slept under white sheets. "It is a bit spooky up here," Amara whispered. But Kian felt excited. He used his magnifying glass to look at the dusty floor.

Suddenly, Amara pointed. "Look, Kian! What is that?" Under a dusty sheet was a plain cardboard box. It had no name or pictures. "Nobody remembers this box," Kian wondered. "Did we put it here?"

They pulled the sheet off. The box looked very old. Amara and Kian looked at each other. They were brave and wanted to discover what was inside. Kian slowly opened the attic box. He peeked inside, and Amara leaned closer.

A tiny, sparkling friend floated up from the attic box! It was made of soft silver dust and light. "Hello!" chirped the dust sprite. "My name is Glim. I live in forgotten corners." Amara and Kian were surprised and happy to meet a new friend.

"What is this special box?" Amara asked Glim. "This is a box of lost wonders," Glim whispered with a twinkle. "It holds things people forgot, but are still very important."

Kian peered into the attic box again. Now it had a soft, shimmery light inside. It felt like a cloud of gentle memories. Amara reached her hand inside slowly. What could they find in this wondrous, forgotten space?

Amara pulled out a small, yellow wooden bird. "I remember this!" she cried. "It was my favorite toy when I was very little." Kian smiled. Then Kian found a small blue rubber ball with a happy face. "Mine too!" he said.

The box held their own lost treasures! They had forgotten these things. Glim giggled. "They were not lost forever, just waiting to be found." Amara and Kian felt warm and happy. This was a special discovery.

They put their old toys back into the attic box. They would keep it safe. "You can visit me anytime," said Glim. "This box is full of happy memories." Amara and Kian had found a wonderful secret in their dusty, quiet attic.
